Retention Schematics OS is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect the following information when you use our platform: name, email address, company name, payment information (processed by Paddle - we do not store card details), and usage data such as which tools you access and how frequently.
We use your data to: provide and improve the platform, process payments, send account and billing notifications, and occasionally send product updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation.
We use the following third party services: Paddle for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. Each has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@retentionschematicsos.com. We will respond within 30 days.
