If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
To request a refund, email us at support@retentionschematicsos.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing date from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.
